Why RegenX exists.
Most private investors never even see these deals because they happen behind closed doors. Outdated systems have kept private infrastructure investing largely institutional because the structures are complex, the minimums are high and the administration is built for billion-dollar institutions — not wealth managers or individual wholesale investors.
I saw this problem firsthand during my years working in wealth management. I built RegenX to close that gap: a platform that structures and manages private clean energy infrastructure investments for Australian wholesale investors and wealth managers who want access to the same kinds of clean energy opportunities traditionally bought by institutions.
Battery infrastructure needs better capital rails.
Australia is entering a battery investment boom, with around A$50 billion expected to be invested in battery infrastructure by 2030, yet the way many projects raise capital remains slow and fragmented.
